Lego Jammed in Gen 5 Cordless Bin. Unable to open bin release.

I've managed to get a large piece of lego lodged in the bin of my Gen 5 Cordless which is preventing the the bin sliding up to empty.

Does anyone know an alterative way of getting the bin off so i can take this lego out?

You can see i the first picture i can get the bin to slide slightly and that allows you to see just how lodged the lego is.

Any assistance apprecaited?
