The community of returned Dyson product and No Refund.
I followed Dyson's return instructions to a tee. I even called the return line (1 hour hold time) for a recorded record. I took pictures of product perfectly packed in original box; the 1x used Outsize that outsized me. Took pics of UPS label on box, then crickets.
2 months waiting for refund.
The irony; I just wanted to exchange the Outsize for the V15. I was willing the pay the difference and wait till the return was processed; 7 -14 days according to the agent.
Has anyone complained to BBB?
