I have been waiting for a hoover part for the last 4 weeks and the reason I have not received this item is due to Dyson cancelling the order and then reordering the item delaying the process . They say it a glitch ( not believing the excuse) , I am on my 3rd order number and I don’t have any hope this will be dispatched anytime soon . I have logged a complaint via their webchat which is dubious to say the least. I work in customer service and to not have a point of contact via email to register complaints and concerns is unacceptable. Dyson take note you must do better if you want to keep your reputation.
