Have sent my hoover in for repair on the 10th July, but unknown what is happening. Have rang several times and been told it's fixed and the courier hasn't collected it or issues with the courier. I am sorry but I use DPD regularly and never had issues with them collecting my items and delivery as they come and have spoken to them on the phone and got help. However when speaking to the Dyson customer service they keep saying it's been escalated but nothing.
What is happening.
