I can see that many people are having issues with customer service but this is really getting me down and I have had to start contacting customer service through PayPal. Something I thought I’d never have to do for such a large company.
My return has been lost by Parcel Force and I have called countless times to customer service. I get the same generic response, but nothing ever happens. I receive case numbers, and apologies, but I’m not getting anywhere.
Does anyone have any success stories in obtaining a refund without having to take further action please?
I really don’t know what to do.
