Malaysia Dyson support center not responding emails | Dyson Community

I sent back our Dyson airwrap for checking due to technical problem and received the confirmation that Dyson received it on June 20th. Since then I did not get any update from dyson Malaysia support center despite several email send for the update. 

This had raise my concern and i do not know where i should go to for the response.

 

Thx for any help where i should go to if the country support is not responding.
