I recently bought a V11 Total Clean. The website showed all the attachments I should expect “in the box”.
Upon unpacking I noticed some items were missing. I used the live chat feature on the website and was told they would soon follow. A full week later there was nothing delivered so I asked again and was told they would arrive in 2-3 days.
Another week has passed but still nothing, how do I escalate this to get the problem rectified?
