Missing delivery info and warranty | Dyson Community

Hi,

Your website states that items are delivered within 2 days. That really encourages customers to purchase online. 

I purchased the item on Wednesday morning, and then I received an email but details are missing. I called your customer care but it’s pretty helpless as they said it takes 48 hours to get an answer on where my item is. So the two days delivery is now at least 7 days, since it’s weekend. Not happy at all.

Also, you activated the warranty starting the 25th of November but now you should postpone it as I don’t have the item yet.
 

 

@robbiestorm Thanks for your post, it’s never fun when a delivery takes longer than expected. Once you do receive your Dyson, email support and they will be happy to adjust the warranty start date to the delivery date for you.
