We have ordered 2 products from Dyson but received only 1 product. We have been calling dyson for a month, and every time they have been telling that they have opened a claim with UPS, saying that they have sent 2 packages but UPS only delivered one product. and ultimately, the customer support representative told this morning that they cannot do anything on this. And they are not responsible for whatever has happened. The customer service representatives were very rude and have told us that we have to deal with UPS and dyson is not responsible. The proof of delivery shows that only 1 product was delivered, in a small box. which in no way would fit 2 products and dyson customer service accepts the fact that the box in the picture from proof of delivery contains only 1 product and not 2.  What can dyson do to help deliver the missing product or refunding the money if they cannot do so?

Exactly same problem here, I ordered one V12 + one hair dryer before Thanksgiving. One shipping label was created and only the V12 was delivered in a V12-sized box with the only given tracking number, which means there was no way to fit another hair dyer in it (I video recorded it).

Each time I contacted their customer service (four times), they said, “We will escalate this to a higher team” and promised to provide feedback within 7-10 days (or 2-3 days). It has now been six weeks since I placed the order, and when I called again today (January 2nd), I received the same response.
