I have been maintaining My Dyson account for about one year. All of a sudden, my user name or my password is not recognized.
I attempted to reset the password, but it was only unsuccessful. (My registered email hasn’t received the reset link. I tried several times.)
Please help.

If these don’t help, you’ll have to speak to Dyson directly. Their chat team helped me reset my account back in June!
