Hello community! 
I’m reaching out because after saving to get my first Dyson, I got one in Century Mall- LA - earlier this month on a trip to US. I got the new Airwrap on my last day there to bring it home to Colombia, the voltage is the same and even in the box it’s says it compatible in US, MX and CO, but when I tried to use it here it never turn on, I tried troubleshooting on the website and contacting support but no repose yet. Someone can share if they had a case like this? 
 

Ps. I can not afford to flight to US again, so I need for them to help me with this here in Colombia.
