Hi, I’ve had my Dyson Small Ball Allergy upright vacuum cleaner for a couple of years and in the past few months have noticed that there is virtually no pick up by the hose part - i.e. very low suction. (The upright part works fine and is great at collecting dust). I have tried all the attachments and none work/effectively suck up dirt. I have checked all the parts for blockages and there aren’t any.
This is disappointing as I was hoping to not have to manually brush awkward corners/stairs! Any suggestions for a remedy, please?
Does anyone know why one of the wand attachments has holes in the side of the rectangular end? This surely dissipates the amount of suction from the rectangular end. I dispensed with using this, actually, but still have the inadequate suction problem.
Many thanks for any advice!
Alyson
