I have been trying to get a shipping label from Dyson for 2 months. They give me my own tracking number and tell me to take it to a UPS store. The UPS store is NOT ABLE to print out the label using the tracking number.
Does anyone have advice? Or an address for Dyson and I will just pay myself to ship it back to get my replacement? (it is still under warranty for 3 more months) I am beginning to feel like the run around is on purpose so they don’t have to honor their warranty.
any advice welcome as I am extremely frustrated and don’t want to give up on a $599 dollar gift I only used maybe 20 times.
