I texted with dyson SO MANY TIMES since August 3 for my replacement. I sent back my broken one then delivered to Dyson August 21 so I texted again again and again but they NEVER send me even email for updates too. The chat people always said ‘ It will take 24-48 business hour‘ or ‘ Rest be assured you will be getting updates.‘. I can’t trust anymore,tired and it’s really wasting for my time. Please someone help me out for this situation I have no idea what should I do next step. I don’t have a hair dryer over a month it’s so frustrating. I have a trucking number with UPS and case number for my replacement. Thank you.
