No access to email used in app…what now?


I signed up several years ago with an email address I no longer have access to.  I was able to still use the app because I had the password saved in my keychain, but now that I have a new phone, it’s asking for a code sent to the old email address.  If I can’t get into the app, how can I change my email address?
