No refund after 8 months - what else can I do? | Dyson Community

I ordered a vacuum in November 2023. I never received it. UPS returned it to Dyson immediately. I didn’t get an auto refund or a new machine. I called customer support and they confirmed UPS returned the vacuum and promised to send a new one to a different address, more than one time. I never got any confirmation emails. And whenever I email them I usually get a response saying they are too busy to respond, or they say they are looking into my order.  Now, after many hours on the phone with Dyson reps, over many months, I’m told that my return was more than 6 months ago, so UPS has no records going back that far. They have to check with the warehouse and they can’t make a refund until their warehouse confirms they have the machine. This was 16 days ago and there is still no response. I’m afraid I will never get a refund. Does anyone have any tips on how to get a refund?
