I’m wondering whether this is a common problem with Dyson not giving you a refund after returning an item? (my refund reference number Dyson has given me is 385 291 22)
On 30th Sept, I returned a submarine vacuum / mop because the mop was leaking dirty water everywhere - really poor design. Today is 25th Oct, and I still haven’t received a refund.
I called their customer services three times now and they took a picture of my return receipt from the post office, promised that they will process the refund, escalate it to their accounting team, etc etc but no actual refund received.
Is this a common problem? I really don’t know what else I can do because every time I call their customer services, they will ‘escalate’ it but there is no action.
