No tracking number provided. What to do next? | Dyson Community

I currently and wondering if there is an issue with Afterpay and Dyson because I have been waiting on a tracking number since Sept 17th 2023 when I made the order and have already made a payment with Afterpay but still no tracking number I am in contact via email with costumer service but they are asking for a number I never received so where is my money going is I haven't received a number.

If they’ve not shipped it, there won’t be tracking ID. You’re best option is to call Dyson directly, having them run a search against your address/order information. If they took payment, they should have a record. They shouldn’t need a tracking it to find it! 


They only provide the tracking ID when it ships. If it hasn’t left, it won’t have a tracking ID!


I’m dealing with the same thing. Payment been taken and I made a payment already yet still no word on where my airwrap is. Dyson is no help and keeps giving the run around. Idk what to do
