No tracking on a shipped order? | Dyson Community

I ordered a dyson airwrap on December 15 and for almost a week received no email for shipping then when I finally do get an email saying it has shipped, there is no tracking number or anything. I have tried calling dyson but nothing has changed. I also am having it shipped to a mailing location cause I don’t want it sitting in my doorstep. I need help.
