Online MyDyson account isn't showing my registered machines. What can I do? | Dyson Community

Hello!

I’ve been struggling for several days now with the Dyson website. When I try to look at my registered machines, it shows nothing. I know for a fact I have at least 5 machines registered and this section of the website always worked ok in the past. The other sections see to work, although the “Contact Preferences” and “Order History” bits both point to the same “Order History” page, so something isn’t right there either.

I contacted support on Thursday and they said that all my machines were still registered but there had been a “glitch on the network” and all would be resolved shortly. No, I wasn’t that convinced either :-) 

It’s now Saturday and it still isn’t showing any machines so before contacting support again I thought I would take the quicker option of asking the community. Anybody else having similar issues with the website/MyDyson section?

I had the same issue last week. I reached out to a contact at Dyson who’d confirmed they’re migrating their database into a new environment and it has impacted other services, including the Cloud. 

They had a team working on a fix, but they couldn’t roll it out until the entire migration was completed. They suspected it would take between 2 - 5 working days. With the fix applied after that period of time. 

My suggestion. If nothing is appear by Friday contact Dyson. Ask that they raise an internal ticket for investigation. More on this here:
