Part came off of Vacuum | Dyson Community

Hi!

I was vacuuming and this part came off of my v15, I was wondering if this has happened to anyone. 
Am I able to order another part; or is it mainly just the design of the vacuum to look nice?

@julieduong  That part is called the “V Ball Assembly” and it’s pretty simple to replace that part - please contact your local support so they can match you with that part for your specific model.
