My v11 absolute extra the two plates that fit on lugs on the cleaner head,high torque xl have broken off part nos 970426-01, this happened back in November,I have tried to get a new cleaner head but have found the chat and Dyson phone line to be no use what so ever,they make me promises to get back to me with an answer but each time they lie. The part as I have been told is no longer available this makes my £650 purchase I made two and a half years ago totally useless as my house has mainly carpets. Can any one help.
