I purchased a dyson humidifier in the hope that it might help my sinus problems. I spoke to dyson sales department who advised me that if I felt that it didn't help my symptoms I could return the item within 35 days. Unfortunately After trying the humidifier for 3 days I found that it actually seemed to make my symptoms worse so I contacted customer services who arranged to have it collected today 27th November, by courier. I received an email to confirm that it would be an all day call but I would be contacted 1 hour prior to collection. Needless to say the courier did not arrive! even though I was assured by customer services at 5.30pm that it still would be collected as the driver worked until 8pm! I have since read other negative reviews of similar experiences therefore, concerned that if I contact customer services to re-arrange collection the same thing might happen. Quite honestly I dont have much confidence in the people I have spoken to. Any help or advice would be appreciated
