I’m literally so annoyed with Dyson and honestly if it wasn’t for a wedding gift for a friend I would never purchase DYSON EVER AGAIN.
I personally own an air wrap and I enjoyed it which was why when my friend wanted an air strait for a wedding gift I was so delighted.
I waited a few months for the Black Friday sale. The first time I purchased they had a $100 off and additional 10% off. I was over the moon and immediately placed my order. Thinking that her gift was finally settled I continued to shop for other things.
Then I received an email saying it was canceled. So I had to repurchase AGAIN. This time without the promo code and my $400 BEING HELD BACK BY DYSON. Contacted customer service - all of them said they are sorry about it but nobody resolves ANYTHING. It’s fine because my friend really wanted the air strait so I went in to purchase for the second time.
IT GOT CANCELED AGAIN. NOW I HAVE $800 STUCK WITH DYSON. Contacted helpline again and they said it’s because of my bank’s authorization failure?? Like on my end the money was literally sent out that’s why it was being held by Dyson. I asked the helpline for a solution and all they offered was to help me purchase again. They were not even sincere about it. I had to pay additional money because my promo code expired and now with an additional $800 stuck? Am I supposed to dump in another $400 to Dyson so that I can get my money Stuck again??
They couldn’t even offer me back my promo code saying that the Black Friday sales there is already a promotion on going. Well when I’m dissatisfied with other brands, at least they show their sincerity by offering a solution/promo code. I’m so done with Dyson. I’ll have to think hard about the air strait gift to my friend. But if I ever do purchase, this will be the last time I purchase from Dyson and I will give a heads up to everyone around me to not purchase from Dyson.
