I made a return on March 16th, it was delivered to Dyson on March 29th, few weeks went by and I noticed that I haven’t received a refund yet so I contacted customer service and they told me that I am
still in the window of 7-14 business days , days went by nothing changed, I called customer service and they promised me that I will receive my money within few days, and again nothing has changed. I am now on business day number 24 and I still haven’t received my refund. So please let me know who can I contact to receive my money back. I have never experienced worst customer service than Dyson.
