How do I get a refund for an order I placed on 29 Dec 2024 that was never received? Order No. 1506334291.  I have contacted Dyson via the chat facility on the 05 Jan 2025 and was told that my order could not be fulfilled as the item was out of stock.  I would therefore get a refund.  On the 10 Jan 2025, I again contacted Dyson via the online chat and was told the refund would be 5-7 working days from the 05 Jan which would mean it would be refunded by 14 Jan 2025.


Having spoken to the customer services via phone today, 15 Jan 2025, I have now been told given a refund ID and I have to wait until it has been returned by DPD.  The problem is, it was never sent out in the first place!!  I was also told it would be another 14 days from it being returned to consignor.

 

This is completely unacceptable customer services and how is it possible that it can take so long to get a refund?!?

Hi im wondering if you had any luck with your refund?  Im in a similar situation after contacting them 7 times about my refund and nothing!
