Refund - Still waiting after 60 days | Dyson Community

I’m still waiting for my already processed refund. I thought I’d have a good experience buying direct when they had their loyalty sale. Boy, was I wrong. I will never be buying direct ever again from Dyson. I got two vacuums as I wasn’t sure if I wanted the V15 Submarine or the Gen5 Outsize. I sent back the V15 and it was approved for return within a few days as it was never opened. I have now called three times (and on hold now again for a fourth time and on hold for 40 minutes already) through the so-called “refund period”. They like to claim you get your money back usually in a week to 21 days, “...but can take 30 to 60 days”. I’m now at the 60 days and the refund has still not come. Every other company is able to credit you back pretty quickly, but Dyson is starting to remind me of those Chinese start-ups for preorders of a thing like a computer monitor, miss all their deadlines, and even though they claim you are able to get your money back, it gets lost. I’m about to just report them to my bank and Visa. This is ridiculous and poor customer service. It’s over $1,000. That’s not exactly loose change you’re keeping from me.
