Can I Return Faulty Parts?

Main Body and Cylinder Has Just Been Replaced Under Warranty, What Do I Do With The Original? Is There a Way I Can Return It To Be Recycled?

Hi @JB1994,

Welcome to the Dyson Community!

Dyson machines and components are made of high-grade, recyclable materials. At the end of their lifespan, you can dispose of them responsibly at your convenience at household recycling centres that accept WEEE waste.

Outside of the EU, there are similar schemes in place - these can vary from country to country.

Hope this helps!

Hi Jack,

The Machine Is Only 2 Months Old and I Wondered If The Original Faulty Parts Could Be Collected and Repaired To Be Resold As Reconditioned?

Thanks,

Jordan

Hi @JB1994,

Thanks for this additional information. We’re not able to offer a service for the collection of unwanted machine parts at this time - so our recommendation would be to dispose of them for recycling at a suitable nearby WEEE collection facility.

I’ll make sure this suggestion is passed along for you, though!
