Return Problem - not sure what to do next | Dyson Community

In December, I placed an order for 2 seperate dyson vacuums.  Both were returned in December and the UPS tracking numbers confirms delivery back to Dyson on 12/22 for one vacuum and 12/29 for the other.  I still have not received a refund after multiple phone calls (waiting up to 45min to 1hour to talk with someone), 2 different chats and an email.  I’ve been told they are starting the process and I should get my refund in 7-10 days, I’ve been told I’ll be emailed after they talk to a different department - none of that has happened.  I don’t know who to contact next or how to get help.  It’s been 6 weeks and no progress made.  I share tracking numbers and details each time I call, chat or email.  My dyson account doesn’t even accurately reflect the two vacums that were purchased or that the return process has started.  Help!  How do I get in touch with someone who can actually process the return and refund my money.  I’m so disappointed in my experience.  Thank you.
