My Robot 360 Heurist has been back to Dyson for repair and returned without being sorted out (despite me still being charged) I am told it is not repairable. I don’t believe this I can physically see the part that is broken, it’s on the brush drive assembly.
I cannot get any sensible answer from support with regard to obtaining spares not listed on the website. My question is does anyone know how to get hold of parts or is the drive assembly interchangeable with the earlier model?
