We have 2 air purifiers amongst other dysan fans. One just won’t register the water tank. 4 calls to customer service already plus one direct call with a manager.  And STILL NO REPLY OR HELP!  Does the management team lack that much power that they can’t make a decision and call back a customer as they “promise” or are they deliberately just avoiding trying to resolve the issue. 
 

we are a dysan family and own tons of their product. Have usually been so happy.  This time is just shockingly bad.
