About 5 weeks ago I bought the Dyson from the German website dyson.de and when it arrived after a week it was broken or better to say it was kind of used. For 4 weeks now I have been waiting for them to send me an e-mail to make the change, I keep calling and they tell me that they can't do anything because they have a long delay. Today I sent it back and asked for my money, because the company does not take its customers seriously. Let's see how long it will take until I get my money back. I am really disappointed.
