Hi, I’m in Australia & I sold my Dyson Corrale online a number of months ago. The buyer is having issues with the charger but Dyson have said I need to transfer the registration to her… How do I do this?

The Dyson warranty is valid from the original date of purchase, and is validated by your original proof of purchase - this would include a store receipt, or an order confirmation if you bought your machine online.
If you can provide this to the new owner, this would normally be what’s needed to transfer the warranty, along with your confirmation of the new owner’s details.
