Hi All, can anyone give me a number or email address for a senior member of customer service. I have been passed from pillar to post, I am due a refund from end of August. And in addition I requested to return a part today, they sent me a label for a letter not a parcel. When I pointed this out the person on chat just kept saying you will receive your label in 24-72 hours, I even sent them a screen shot of the email to say: yes you’ve sent me the label but its the incorrect label and they just kep repeating ‘you will recieve your label in 24-72 hours’. Many thanks for any help offered!
