I have an account with Dyson and there are a number of purchases I made and they are saved in “My Dyson”.

Today I tried to login and it said “something wrong” with my login details (which there were not) and telling me I would be locked out after 4 attempts.  So I requested a PW reset which I got but it still will not let me in!

I tried the chatbot which is useless.

I think I have had enough of Dyson and will no longer buy their goods because I can’t even access those items I have bought!

Anybody have any useful advice?

I don’t understand how Dyson can keep afloat when they seem to do everything to stop you accessing your account!
