I’m trying to connect to customer support via all means, social media, chat, phone, email/form and no one ever replies ! I want to request a return for my product but no response to my return request either. Can someone actually help me ? If that won’t happen within the next hours I’m going to report Dyson for the customer service. It is not the first time that happened.
