Getting the correct support for your Dyson machine starts with understanding which product you own. Dyson currently has two generations of Air Treatment products.
Air Treatment - Generation 1
All TP02, TP03, HP02, HP03, or DP01 products are members of our Generation 1 Air Treatment machines and have their power button at the bottom.
Air Treatment - Generation 2
All TP04, TP07, TP08, TP09 DP04 HP04. HP07, HP09 and PH01 are members of our Generation 2 Air Treatment machines and all have their power button located above an LCD screen.
To filter content by machine Generation, select either the Generation 1 or Generation 2 tags. These tags are viewable on each page and appear in the sidebar.
Naming -
TP = Tower Purifier
HP = Heater Purifier
DP = Desk Purifier (no heat)
PH = Purifier Humidifier
