Hello,
We have a DYSON model V10 ANIMAL. We bought 3 years ago.
Yesterday, when we put it back on the power station, after a few minutes, there was a blue and red light flashing on both side of the machin.
Is there anybody who had this problem ? What is it exactly ?

vacuums displays red and blue flashing lights when placed on charge, this indicates a replacement part is needed. Troubleshooting steps can be found for this within our Support pages.
