v12 Detect Slim failed in 12 months | Dyson Community

My v12 Detect Slim started showing "airway blocked" a couple of months ago and start cutting off the power automatically. Checked everywhere on potential blockage, and cleaned the filter but the problem persisted.

 

Called "Dyson Expert" and they suggested to replace my filter but have no stock. The earliest date they can come to collect the vacuum cleaner is more than 2 weeks away. And they can't even commit when they can have it fixed / replaced.

 

I can see similar topics showing in Dyson Community. Can't Dyson tell there's a problem with their products?
