so ive got a v15. its draining battery when in stand btly mode and doesnt power up straight away, have to pump the trigger a few times to get it going but once its runing its fine. any ideas?

Thanks for letting us know about this - can you let us know roughly how long you’ve had your Dyson V15 Detect
vacuum? It would also be useful to know how you store your machine when it’s not in use - do you keep it in the wall dock/plugged in to the charger cord?

Hi. I've had for over a year now. Yh so I do keep it on the dock most of the time but if I leave it off charge over night or for longer than a 4 hours it drains the whole battery and thats on stand by . I can rule out the battery as I've tested it on a brand new battery and still does the same thing
