Hi - I have just used my new v15 for the first time and this seal was in the bin when I emptied it. It’s about 3 cm in diameter, the top is plastic and the black part is foam. Can anyone tell me where it fits on the vacuum? Thanks!

Thanks for letting us know about this - I’m sorry to see this seal has come loose, it’s definitely not the outcome we’d expect after your first use.
We’ll need our Experts to take you through some quick troubleshooting checks to help confirm where this seal may have come from - it’s possible it’s from somewhere in the wand or cleaner head. If a replacement part or an exchange is needed, this should be covered under your free 2-year Dyson warranty.
