I have encountered an issue with my Dyson product. Water is leaking from the water reservoir of the wet roller head. Overnight, all the water leaked into the drip tray of the cleaning head storage. This problem occurs every time. Please help with advice.

Hi @problema,

Welcome to the Dyson Community!

Please note, water shouldn’t be left in either the clean water reservoir or the dirty water tray after use. These should both be emptied, cleaned and allowed to air dry in a warm, well-ventilated space after your cleaning session is complete.

You can see how to clean, air dry and reassemble your Dyson Submarine™ wet roller head in our video guide:

Ensuring your machine is stored clean and dry, and with empty tanks, should resolve the issue completely.

Hope this helps!
