Can I use my V8 cleaner head on my carpets and hard floors?

I note there is another cleaner head availably on the absolute model, is this for hard floors only and can you buy it separately?

@John105 You sure can. The main cleanerhead (the one with bristles) is designed for both soft and hard flooring types. The other head you refer to is called either the ‘soft roller’ or the ‘fluffy’ head - this one is bristle-less and designed for hard floors only - some prefer that head for their hard floors as it’s extra sensitive and can pick up some larger debris on hard floors. But your main head should be good for both!
