I am very disappointed with Dyson’s customer service. It is the worst I have ever experienced. I submitted an online request to return my Dyson V12 Detect Slim on 9/08/24. I received an email saying that I would receive a response within 48 hours. When I did not receive a response, I chatted with a representative who approved the return issued a return label. I returned the vacuum on 9/13. I tracked the UPS return and Dyson received the vacuum on 9/19. I talked with a representative on 9/30 who verified that the vacuum was received and in the warehouse. I was told that I would receive my refund by Friday, October 3. I chatted with a representative again on 10/8 who also verified that the vacuum was received and that I would be receiving my refund. As of today, I have not received any correspondence from Dyson acknowledging the return and refunding my money. The return is also not showing when I log in and look at orders and returns. I have pictures of the conversations and the return tracking from UPS. How can I get my money refunded?
