I registered a within-warranty claim for my faulty Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Animal 2 on 17th November.
It was eventually collected on 28th November.
I have contacted Dyson via the Digital Assistant chat numerous times since then and each time they have guaranteed an update within 72 hours.
We are well over the promised ten working day return limit and I have had no updates and no sign of the unit being returned.
Christmas is fast approaching so please can I have a refund to the value of the unit and extended warranty to buy a new vacuum cleaner so I can clean my house for my guests?
