I ordered Air Wrap for my wife on the evening of 12/13. Af clearly states if ordered by 12/18, they guarantee delivery by 12/24. My order confirmation states the same. When I called CS to check on package, the rude lady told me that ad was wrong and the confirmation was wrong. I replied- “so it is a lie?) She repeated it was wrong. She said their policy is 10 day shipment guarantee. She also said she does not know who produced ad or sentcinfirmation email, they were both wrong! WTH??!! Is this a typical way of business from Dyson? We have several Dyson products, no issues. This smells like a scam to me. Buyer beware! Lesson learned. 

I suggest you can escalate to Trading Standards and report it via the Citizen Advice website:

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 suggested that they have to adhere to their commitment on their delivery schedule.
