Hey guys! I have been using Dyson since I was younger and finally bought my own Animal 2 ball. This thing worked for about a month then had an electrical fire smell. Dyson had me send it in to be repaired. I sent my vacuum to Dyson via UPS back on the 27th of October. It’s now the 8th of January and I have no clue where my vacuum is. I have called, emailed, and chatted to only be told the same lie of “someone will reach out to you via email in 24-48 business hours”. WHERE IS MY $600 VACUUM? I would love an update or honestly a new vacuum at this point.
Other info, I looked at my Dyson account and a service rep changed my UTAH mailing address it a LAS VEGAS address. Someone in Vegas got my repaired vacuum…
DYSON PLEASE GET THIS FIXED!!!!
