It’s been almost 8 months since I returned a 40mm air barrel.
Whenever I contacted the customer service via chat, emails, and over phones, they said it would be refunded between 24-48 hours. HOWEVER, it’s March 1 today.
Why does it take forever?
I literally talked with Customer Service 100 times so far. How can I be refunded?
They always asked me about the tracking number, case ID, and the receipt, and I sent all of them upon request. Is it possible to get my money back? My case ID is ID 36284284.
