Hi. I am currently very frustrated as i bought a refurbished dyson air wrap october 2023 and it has since then stopped working. I took it to the closest dyson repair shop after going through all the troubleshooting and talking to a dyson rep via live chat. This dyson shop was an hour away from my house, so for driving two hours to and from my house the repair shop told me that it was a motor issue and they weren’t able to fix it as they didn’t have the parts (emphasis on this because i emailed dyson previously and that rep told me to go to the dyson repair shop). Then today i actually tried to get on the phone with a rep from dyson and they told me they
couldn’t do anything either. all i want is for my dyson to be fixed as i’ve spent so much money to only be able to use it for a little over a year and a half. I also don’t want to spend the money on a brand new one just for it to break again in a year. I’ve taken care of this dyson so well with regular cleanings and safe storage that the fault has to be with the technology itself. I just want to be able to do my hair again. Is there anyone else with this issue and able to solve this problem?
