I join the many hundreds who have not been able to get Dyson to give them their refund. They received my vacuum cleaner (in excellent condition – I never opened the box). They acknowledged receipt of the vacuum cleaner and promised a refund IN DECEMEBER. I continue to call and get nothing but “my system is down at the moment, I’ll call you back” or “so sorry, your refund is in process we’ve had problems with our system.” It’s RIDICULOUS. Terrible customer support.
